Education
Neal Quirk earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia in 1982 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, Georgia.

Professional Experience
Neal was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1987 and was a contributing author of Georgia Methods of Practice (West Publishing). Neal focuses his law practice on loan workout and restructuring for financial institutions, commercial litigation, corporate formation and transactions, and representation of builders and developers.
