Education
Marty Quirk earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics
from the University of Notre Dame in 1976 and his Juris Doctor
degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
Professional Experience
Marty was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1979 and is
an author of Georgia Methods of Practice (West Publishing). He
has served as an adjunct professor at Georgia State University
and on the State Bar of Georgia Fee Arbitration Panel. Marty
focuses his law practice on individual and commercial
litigation, with an emphasis on bank-related litigation.
