Education
Joyce Rawls earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1983 and her Juris Doctor degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, where she published an article in the Mercer Law Review and was honored by the Mercer Law Review.

Professional Experience
Joyce was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1987 and worked in the legal department at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta, Georgia for approximately ten years before joining Quirk & Quirk, LLC in 1997. Joyce focuses her law practice primarily on commercial lending transactions.
