Education
Joe Quirk earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management
from the University of Notre Dame in 1974 and his Juris Doctor
degree from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.
Professional Experience
Joe was admitted to the State Bar of Illinois in 1977 and the
State Bar of Georgia in 1982. He is an author of Georgia
Methods of Practice (West Publishing) and has served as an
adjunct professor at Georgia State University. Joe focuses his
law practice on individual and commercial litigation, with an
emphasis on trial practice.
