Education
Agnes K. Horbaczewski earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001. Agnes earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2004.

Professional Development
Agnes was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2004 and into the Bar of Washington D.C. in 2006. She was admitted to practice in the State of Georgia in 2007. Agnes’ legal practice focuses primarily on commercial and business litigation, with an emphasis on the representation of banks and lending institutions.
