Education
Debra Baker earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the State
University of New York at Stony Brook in 1988 and her Juris
Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in New York.
Professional Experience
Debra was admitted to the State Bars of New York and
Connecticut in 1992 and to the State Bar of Georgia in 2004.
She practiced as a litigator in New York City for
approximately 11 years before joining Quirk & Quirk. Debra
focuses her practice on individual and commercial litigation.
